Company History

After spending fifteen years as a recruiter with the current Ernst & Young and two boutique executive search firms, Bob Dingman started The Dingman Company in 1979 as the Robert W. Dingman Company to serve business and not-for-profit clients with the highest of professional and ethical standards.

Seven years later in 1986, Bob was joined by his brother, Bruce Dingman, who brought strong management experience from the hospitality industry.

In 1993, Bruce became President of the firm, allowing Bob to retire and have a more advisory role. The reputation Bob Dingman established continues on in like manner providing the highest quality of executive search through The Dingman Company and Bruce’s leadership.
